Probably my all time favorite treat is cheesecake. So what is better than putting my favorite treat with my favorite holiday? Probably absolutely nothing except the perfect patriotic dessert!
So today’s recipe is totally and completely simple. Use a boxed cheesecake mix (I could live forever off Jell-O’s no bake cheesecake, and that alone) or your favorite cheesecake recipe. Because you’re using glass jars, you can even use a baked cheesecake recipe. Just make sure to change the baking time, because of the small proportions.
After you put the crust in the bottom of the jar, pour the filling in, then tap the jar a few times on the counter to get it into all the corners, and to smooth out the top.
I topped mine with blueberries and strawberries to go along with the red, white and blue theme. It would also be cute to make or use a strawberry topping and then top it with the blueberries.
Oh, and did I mention that the jars are super cute themselves!! Even with the lids on they are freakin darling. But of course you could use a little ribbon, washi tape or other embellishments to perk them up even more.
Now tell me that everyone wouldn’t LOVE having these at the 4th of July party or picnic?
Oh, and the Jell-O nobake cheesecake mix will make 6 of these jars. But if you want to make more individual sized ones, check out the colored cheesecake I made in baby food jars I made for my daughter’s first birthday party!

Now this is just too cute lady! Such a fun idea!
Love the individual sized desserts. Using plastic punch cups would be a great alternative if you don’t want to wash dishes or have enough of the cute jars.
These are so cute and sound amazing! Can’t wait to try them!
Delicious! Pinned!
I haven’t tried jell-o’s no bake cheesecake! It looks fantastic though!
