This weekend I am going to a cookie exchange, and although I am a HUGE fan of cookies, I am even more a fan of fudge this time of year…like a BIG fan. So I decided that I would take gingerbread man shaped Peanut Butter Fudge!
3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Fudge
Ingredients (24 squares)
- 5 cups white chocolate chips
- 3 cups sweetened condensed milk
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
This recipe is SO SIMPLE and only 3 ingredients. Seriously, you can’t beat that. So if you have a dinner that you have to take a treat to, neighbor gifts, or a cookie exchange coming up in the next 2 weeks, this is the recipe for you!
Yum Yum Yum!! Is your mouth watering as much as mine? Well, off to make more fudge and eat some too!!

I LOVE this recipe!! But I have to know… where did you get the POLKA~DOT container there?? I LOVE IT!!! L.r. Smith on fb!!
Aren’t these containers to die for?! I got them on Pick Your Plum a few weeks ago. I will definitely announce on my facebook page if I see them up for sale again!
Yum! This looks so good! I’m pinning it and trying it in the near future!
Could you use regular chocolate chips instead of white chocolate?
Yes of course! It would just be a chocolate and peanut butter fudge!
Where did you find your silicone mold???
I actually won it on a giveaway. But it is Wilton, so I would guess Walmart, JoAnns, Michaels, Hobby Lobby etc would have it!
This sounds so yummy vanessa, I can’t wait to try it!
Do you use 3 cups of sweet milk and 3 cups of condensed milk?So that would be a combine of 6 cups all together. Thanks
Boy do I love the mistakes I make when blogging late at night! Yes, that is supposed to say Sweetened Condensed Milk from a can!
Thanks for catching that!
Sweet & Condensed milk is the kind in a can ONLY…….NOT 3 cups of BOTH…LOL you made me smile 😀
*it’s *sweetened* condensed milk, which clears up amy confusion about double milk. 🙂
Loving that there are only 3 ingredients & that the prep time is only 2 minutes!! And, so cute that you cut it into gingerbread men instead of squares. GREAT idea!!! Thanks for linking up!
I love this! I just came across this on pinterest and I am definitely gonna make it – so easy for a cooking noob like me!! 😀
Krissy, definitely easy for a noob!! My one tip would be to make sure and stir it constantly while it is on the heat. You wouldn’t want to burn it…like I did today!

Thanks SO much for this! My fiance signed me up to make a dessert for his work Christmas party and told me first thing this morning and it’s in 3 hours… such a man! THANKS!! 🙂
I had trouble with the chocolate hardening/burning while I mixed the milk and peanut butter. Next time I think I will do that before I melt the chocolate… maybe?
Oh no. Yah I would either mix it before or pull it off the heat. Or even try to turn the temp down on the burner!!
Thanks for sharing such a wonderful and simple recipe. Just made these and I can’t wait to have my first bite!!
Peanut Butter, Fudge, 3 ingredients… yes please!
I just made some for my son’s teacher for part of her Christmas gift. So yummy! I used a double boiler to melt the chocolate and didn’t burn anything. Turned out perfect! Next time I am using regular chocolate. 🙂
I just made my first batch a few hours ago (its been setting in the fridge). Great flavor but has set up ‘soft.’ Is this typical or did yours firm up like regular fudge?
I’m having the same problem. I’m trying to use a cookie cutter or just cut it into squares and its just wayyyy to gooey. Please someone answer soon, as these are gifts for tonight. :0
mine is also gooey ive tried it twice and it just wont solidify x
Oh no, I wonder why both of yours is not setting up for you. Maybe try just a little less of the sweetened condensed milk? That is the only thing that I can think of. Mine has always set up great. Just like the above picture. Enough so that I can stand up my cute little men!
Can i use chunky PB? ive never made fudge before. i thought id give this a shot
I haven’t tried it with chunky before, but I’m sure it would still turn out great!

I wish I had something for you, but I don’t have any fudge recipes that aren’t packed with sugar.
How do you store this? I’m wanting to make for gifts. Thanks!
