With the new year, I decided to switch up a few of the items in my makeup routine. Added some different colors and products but kept the application and quickness the same!! Because let’s be honest, I really don’t have more than 5 minutes to spare each day. So if you want to see me with my face on, I need those 5 minutes! And then even more sad is when I finally get to have a fun night out on the town, I rarely have time to spend on myself getting ready. I’m usually getting everything else ready (kids, food, babysitter, etc) for while I’m gone. So this year I found 2 new products that are my new best friend. I can put them over the top of my daily makeup and get a completely new look.
I was in Walgreens one day and they were having a great Bogo sale so I stocked up on my favorite products as well as my new ones for 2014. I wanted to share these awesome products and my quick makeup routine with you guys, so I made a video for you!!! I know they aren’t an often appearance on here but I wanted to share as much info as I could with you. PS – please ignore the logo across my face for the first 5 seconds…I was trying out a new program and didn’t know that it was gonna do that til after my LONG adventure making the video. I promise there wont be more logos in the future!!

This photo shows the great contouring that you can do with a single pallet eyeshadow. This particular is from Maybeline (bought at Walgreens) and I love that it has a base color, lid color, crease color and even a liner color if you want it.
This is how my everyday makeup looks. I do it in just 5 minutes from start to finish. It’s nothing too grand and still has a natural look to it.

Green concealer is an acne-prone girls’ best friend. I’m out right now and definitely notice a difference in my overall look when I skip this step. What a fun pic and video to see the transformation from day-to-night! #client
