Runny Yoke Breakfast Sandwich
I am obsessed with eating this breakfast sandwich. It’s my go to for probably 3 mornings a week. Its easy, quick and so yummy.
I do like having some breakfast sandwiches prepped in the freezer for mornings we are really in a time crunch (check out this one) but this is my favorite because I love a good runny yoke sandwich!
Ingredients:
- English Muffin
- Large Egg
- Turkey Sausage Patty (my favorite is Jimmy Dean)
I’m not sure I can really even call this a recipe because of it’s simplicity. But to make it you start by toasting the english muffin. Warm up the sausage patty because it’s already cooked. Now fry your egg to over easy. The runny yoke is what makes this sandwich so delicious.
Assemble your sandwich with the sausage patty and egg inside the english muffin. You can break the yoke and then dip your sandwich in the yoke to get a little on each bite!!!!

Now, if you don’t like a delicious runny yoke, there is the option of cooking it over well. But then you might be a little crazy!
