September is the National Family Meals Month (Find out more about Family Meals) and I LOVE that it gives me a reason to forcefully gather the family each night. J/K I don’t have to force them, although some nights it does get hard to keep them at the table instead of them running to the couch to watch football while they eat. So I told my family that we would compromise with at least 5 dinners being all together at the table each week, then if they had something else to take their attention away they could do it on the other 2 nights. The only hard thing about committing to being around the table together is that it also eliminates the times I forget about dinner and decide to just run to the drive thru and grab something for everyone. So I decided to make a bunch of crockpot meals, freezer meals and get a list of quick dinners that I can make even on nights that I forget to plan something. Today I’m gonna share how I used HORMEL® Premium Chicken Breast to make a 5 minute dinner. It’s the easy way to add great-tasting, satisfying protein to your meals and cut your cooking time drastically. Make dinner in just 5 minutes!
