It’s been so fun to start decorating for Vday. Have you started decorating your house for the holiday yet? This banner is so simple and extremely cheap.

I used a roll of masking paper that I got at home depot for about $4 and cut some of it down to 3×8 strips. Then using a the eraser end of a pencil I placed polka dots on the bottom of all but 1 pendant.

One the last pendant I still used the eraser (cause I like the look it gives) and painted a heart on the front of it.

Once they were all dry, I used a roll on adhesive to attach it onto a sting of twine.

Then I just hung it up on the door with scotch tape. I love how it turned out, and the colors are so fun together!

My question to you is, do you stick to the traditional Vday colors, or are you decorating a little more “out of the box” this year?
