Do you have littles who are constantly pulling the ornaments off the Christmas Tree? This is the first year that we have ornaments all the way to the bottom. In years past we would only decorate the parts that were out of reach of the kids. I guess when I was little my parents would put the tree inside a pack n’ play, so that we couldn’t take the ornaments off. Well this year I got smart and made the kids their very own Christmas tree that they can play with all they want!
I got a large piece of stiffened felt and cut it into a tree shape. Then both the kids and I cut all sorts of shapes out of multi colors of felt. Now, they can decorate and un-decorate to their hearts content!! We just have it hanging on the door, with all the shapes in a baggie taped to the side.
