Sometimes as a Mom, you just have to give in and play dress-up with the kids.
The other day while we were unpacking here at the new house, we found a belt and belt buckle that the hubby got while on his mission to Guatemala. The Little Man got so excited because it was dress-up for Mom. Haha, I love that it is what he thought of. But of course, I always love a reason to become a cowgirl. I am really one at heart. Give me a rodeo, and I’m THERE!
So we all dressed up, rode horses around the house, and played “Cowgirls & Boys” all day. It was a blast.
It’s days like this that make me feel accomplished as a Mom. Did I have a clean house? Definitely not. But we all smiled, laughed, ran and giggled all day long. And the memories of being dressed up all together will last a lifetime.

PS – I must point out, that any picture that The Little Man is not in, he took all by himself. I would set up the camera, and he did all the shooting! He’s becoming a great little photographer….most of the time; here’s a few outtakes!
