Do you ever just feel down? I know there are days where I sit and wonder either why I am in a slump, or just what is gonna get me out of it. I just heard about the Inspire My Life conference that is happening this weekend (Saturday April 13, 2013) in St George and had to let all my readers know about it. I’ve got a good bit of you Utahans out there (right?!) and I know that I am not the only person who could use a great day of inspiration every now and again.
Inspire My Life is a new series of live events designed to lift and inspire people to achieve their full potential and help them recognize and experience joy and happiness in their lives. We believe that anyone and everyone can be an inspiration to others through their personal stories and lives of example.
In reading more about what the Inspire My Life is all about, I really love to know that instead of just focusing on what’s getting you down, or the slump you may be in, they are focusing on the positive and the best way to make you who you want to be.
These programs will provide through information and music messages that will both educate and inspire you to take a look within and determine what aspects of yourself which might need to be changed in order to achieve your goals, dreams and the type of relationships you desire.
Personally I feel that you are never as good as you can get. I know that there have been times in my life when I am happier than I feel I even deserve. My life is great, my family is perfect, and I don’t have any complaints in the world. But there’s always something I could be doing. Helping someone else, serving, giving, even remembering to share your smile with others in passing.
But it’s hard to remember these things. And a little reminder never hurt, and a little pick-me-up is always great in my book!!
