It’s almost officially Summer (we only have 1 MORE DAY OF SCHOOL!!!) and that can only mean one thing – SUMMER COOKOUTS. I can’t even contain my excitement over having neighborhood block parties, friends over to BBQ and picnics at the pool together. Of course most of those are all centered around one of my all time favorite things; food! So today I thought I would share with you a perfect pot luck item that you can take with you to a Summer shindig.  Did you know that you can make the most amazing Chili Con Queso in a crockpot? It’s SOOOO easy too. This is totally a dump and go recipe that you’ll love. And the perk of the crockpot is that you can keep it warm during your whole cookout. Just remember the extension cord if you’re gonna be outside…there’s not always an outlet close by. easy crockpot queso Chili Con Queso

  • 8 oz block of easy melt cheese
  • 8 oz block of cream cheese
  • 2 cans Hormel Foods no-bean chili

Stir all ingredients together and then turn the crockpot to ether low or warm.
