Are you one to stock up on the after Christmas candy like I am? Ok, don’t think I’m hiding in the corner over here, inhaling bags of candy for weeks after the new year. I’m not! But did you realize that the Christmas colored candies tie right in with the next 2 upcoming holidays of Valentine’s Day as well as St. Patty’s Day; Red, White, and Green?
Today I thought I’d just share a quick idea on how to use some of the M&M’s you may have stocked up on.
Just top your rice crispies treats with some M&M’s for a fun gift or party treat.
If you need a great recipe for these treats, you can find the one I use from the Rice Krispies website here.
You can also use them in the cupid’s mix that I shared with you last year.
Just separate the red, white, and green, then use according to the holiday!!
Are you a clearance holiday candy shopper?

Thanks for the great tip!! I have two bags of Christmas M&Ms in the cupboard. How exciting to think about the fact that I’m ahead of the game for a change!
I do the same thing with Hershey’s Kisses! I put out the red and silver ones for Valentines day and save the green ones for St. Patricks day!
