HEALTHY 3 ingredient popsicle recipe – Strawberry Banana

Healthy 3 ingredient popsicles - Strawberry BananaIT’S SUMMER TIME!!! There is seriously not much I love more than sitting outside with a cold popsicle watching the kids run thru the sprinkler. Where I live, we are already hitting 100• and have spent countless days in the water. The only down side is how many times my little ones beg for a popsicle or something to cool them down. I hate the idea of them working up an appetite and then shoving a bunch of unhealthy things at them just to keep them cool.  So instead I have come up with some of our own popsicle recipes that I am completely guilt free about giving to them on a hot Summer day.

Today I’m going to share with you our Strawberry Banana Popsicle recipe. It’s so simple and with only 3 ingredients, you probably have what you need already on hand. Plus, you can freeze it in any popsicle mold you want; a fun shape, a long plastic bag (like an otter pop) or even the ones that collect the melted popsicle down into a straw.

  1. Easy and delicious! I love this.
I wanted to give you a heads up…when I clicked on “share to FB” the post didn’t show up for your 3 ingredient popsicles. It was a generic link.

  2. I’m dropping by from the I Gotta Create link party.

These popsicles sound so yummy — and healthy! I’ve got these on my to-make list! I’m going to check out your other popsicle recipes, too, in a minute.

I have a link party that I’m trying to grow. I invite you to share this idea (and a couple of others) at my Grandma Ideas Sharing Time link party at http://grandmaideas.com. My readers would LOVE this idea, too! The party goes from Wednesday through Friday at midnight. I hope to see you there.

    All the best,
    Nina
