One of my kids’ favorite games to play is Don’t Eat Pete. Maybe because they get to eat candy as fast as they can, and maybe because well….yup I’m pretty sure it’s because they get to eat candy as fast as they can.
We played it with the fun colorful sixlet candies. They are small enough that the kids can eat it quickly!
If you haven’t played don’t eat Pete before, here’s the rules:
You put one piece of candy on each square. One kid goes out of the room while the others pick one of the squares to be “Peep”. Then call the child back in and they will then eat the candies one at a time trying to avoid eating “Peep”. When they pick up the candy that was assigned “Peep”, all of the other kids get to yell “Don’t Eat Peep” and their turn is over.
