So today I want to share one of my tips that I thought everyone knew about, but apparently is a secret. Because as I have talked to a few other people they had to idea about the ease of shopping on Walmart.com. Did you know that most all household items that you can buy at your local Walmart are available on their website and smartphone app as well? And the best part is that you know it will be available. I can’t tell you how many times I went to grab some more diapers for my daughter and they would be out of her size. You know the Pampers cruisers are popular when all of the size 4 and 5 are sold out; but if you shop online you can have them delivered right to you (free shipping over $50) or pick them up for free at your local store.
Another reason that I love this convenience is for times when I’m sick like a few weeks ago. There was NO WAY that I was going to take my sick self, plus two kids to the store. But I also don’t ever trust my husband to go shopping. I send him for Tide Ultra and he comes home with chips, popcorn, candy and Charmin Mega Rolls toilet paper….but no Tide! So I can order what I need online, have it ready at site to store and all he needs to do is pick it up. No more distractions (I hope) or forgetting something on my list!
And did you know that Walmart.com offers different payment options? You can even pay with cash if you don’t want to use your credit card online. I know many people who wont shop online because that is a concern of theirs. Well worry no longer, because you can just use cash instead!
Now, my FAVORITE feature of the Walmart smartphone app. You can create a shopping list right on your phone by just scanning all of the products that you’re ready to purchase again. No more forgetting that you needed more Bounty paper towels while at the store, because as soon as you realize you are low, you can scan them and add them to your list.
