One of the hardest parts of being a parent is trying to keep up with all of the schedules. My kids aren’t even that old and I’m still hearing about birthdays the night before, a going away party just days ahead of time, and so much more. Having a gift on hand has become a lifesaver. I used to go to the store and purchase multiple toys that we could keep in the closet but I felt like that was so expensive. forking out a bunch of money upfront was hard for me. But then I noticed the Hallmark Value Cards at Walmart. Did you know that they have them for just $.47 and $.97?

And they are super cute and fun ones too. You can also earn rewards for the Hallmark cards you buy at Walmart.  For every 5 cards you buy, you’ll earn a reward.

I took the kids with me to Walmart and had them help me pick out a bunch of cards that they would want to give their friends. We have monsters, princesses, and a bunch of other just fun cards.

When I was growing up, most of the time we gave our friends money. Isn’t that what everyone wants anyway?! It’s hard to know if you’re giving a gift that the birthday girl/boy will want so why not just give them money to get their own. We would fold it into rings, frogs (and put them on rocks) flowers and more and then give them with a card to the birthday girl/boy.
