Wow, it’s amazing that it’s been almost a month since her 2nd birthday, and I haven’t done an update.
This girl is so full of sass, spunk and giggles. I love that she is the first face that I wake up to every morning (she’s the first one up!) and that she just wants to climb in bed with me and snuggle while watching Team UmiZoomi or Dora the Explorer.
This girl lives for her cheese, and wants it sliced for each meal. She loves that she is now sitting at a big girl chair with everyone else, and although we try to get her to sit on her knees, she doesn’t.
She wants to sit on her bum like everyone else, and spills most of her food on her lap because she sits so low.
I couldn’t say what her favorite song is, because if you ask her it is:
- Twinkle Twinkle
- EIEIO
- Popcorn Popping
- Ring around the rosy
- Patty Cake
- If you’re happy & your know it
- ABC’s
- and any made up song she’s singing at the moment
She sings all the time. if there’s silence, she will break it with her made up songs, or her ABC’s. The other day I caught her singing “Next time you wont have to sing with me” at the end of them. SO CUTE!
This little girl has changed our lives so much, and brightens it each and every day. I can’t wait to see what else this little one has in store for us during her 2’s!
What a sweet girl! I love that you have written this down as a memory of how she is now. She will love it when she is older!
