Guess what you guys? Sometimes when you run out of ingredients at your house, a new recipe immerges! And it can be really good.
The kids requested pizza for dinner, so I went to make the dough. But I was out of flour. Seriously, who runs out of flour?! Oh yah, me. So I went digging thru the fridge and found some refridgerated crescent rolls.
So instead of using my typical pizza dough, I let the crescent rolls come to room tempature, and spread it all out. Instead of separating each crescent from each other, I rolled them all into one “crust”. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Then I spread all of our toppings on the crust and rolled it up like a cinnamon roll. I cut them into about 1 1/2 inch sections (about the height of my tin that they were cooked in) and placed them in a greased muffin tin.
Baked them for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown and no longer gooey in the center (hard to tell the gooeyness from the dough and the gooeyness from the cheese).
I will now be making these often. They were the perfect size for the kids to eat. Finger food- kid sized!

I make these all the time, but with pizza dough! My family loves them!
Way to be! I would’ve freaked out if I’d run out of flour , but not you. You’re awesome. Teach me.

Can you freeze this?
I have never tried freezing them before, so I can’t answer that for sure.
