A few days ago I got some fun treats in the mail. This post may contain affiliate links, which means I may receive a small commission,

Talk about a welcome site to have on your doorstep. Any invitation for a “Sweet Escape” and I’ll take it. When I opened it up I was so excited to see 3 kinds of Dole’s new Fruit Parfaits; Apples & Crème, Peaches & Crème and Pineapple & Crème.
I couldn’t wait to break them open. We immediately sat down at the kitchen table for a “snack”, because lets face it, right now The Little Man is eating me out of house and home and always willing to eat! We split both an Apples & Crème and a Peaches & Crème at first. They were delish!
The Parfaits are a great tasting treat of real fruit with amazing light-tasting crème.
But then, I put the remaining cups into the fridge….Oh man! If I thought they were good straight out of the box, they were amazing and a definitely “Sweet Escape” when chilled.
I have to admit that I really didn’t feel like sharing at first. But when I walked into the kitchen and saw this….
I couldn’t help but share if it was a healthy snack that The Little Man was going to willingly eat and get for himself. These little cups have real fruit and vitamin C, are low fat, and very low in sodium (visit Dole’s website for more info). So why wouldn’t I forgive the sneaky fingers who stole them from the back of the fridge!
Then today as we were walking down the canned food aisle at the store, Baby Girl Barker pointed and said “Mom, please apples and yummy”, as we were walking past the Dole Fruit Parfaits! Haha. I guess both kids are hooked.
So now I want to know, what is the one guilt free snack that you feel ok about feeding your kids? Seriously, The Little Man wants to eat non-stop, every waking hour, and I’d love to get new snack ideas for our house.
