Child to Cherish Handprint Ornament

Our Thrifty Ideas: Child to Cherish Personalized Handprint Ornament

Some families have the fancy decorated trees with matchy ornaments and are symmetrical from all angles. Not my family!
Growing up my family started a fun tradition that I have loved so much that I have kept the tradition with my family. We each get a personalized ornament each year and that becomes our ornament for the Christmas tree.

This year the kids’ ornaments are extra special. I’m sure that in years to come I will tear up as I look at them and the kids place them on the tree. They are the Child To Cherish Marshmallow Handprint Ornament on Amazon.

The kids got so excited just opening the box. Kneading the dough, rolling it out, all of the things the kids love to do.

Baby Girl Barker didn’t like the hand print part though. I’m not sure what about it made her mad, but she screamed the whole time we were pressing in her hand.

The ornaments turned out amazing, and the kids also got a kick out of making “whatever” with the leftover marshmallow dough! Isn’t our snowman so cute?!
