The other night, I attended a fun cake decorating class at our local Orson Gygi store, taught by the amazing Ashlee from Topsy Turvy. I’ve always been in complete awe, and maybe jealousy, over Ashlee’s talent when it comes to cake decorating cakes. I have seen a few in person at fun blogging events, and her skill is beyond amazing. So to learn from her is such a privilege.

Ashlee taught us a bunch of different techniques using 3 different tips. Who knew you could do so much with just those 3. They were so fun, some simple, and some I may have wanted to throw across the room. Instead, I just ate the frosting while others mastered the technique!
