This dessert is so yummy. Who doesn’t love cheesecake? I always get asked for the recipe and everyone LOVES them!! They always get rave reviews. Plus you can make them ahead of time. If you make them in cupcake wrappers {like I do} then you can just hand them out. The perfect grab and eat dessert.
We LOVE cheesecake at our house. So much so that I have gone through a lot of recipes searching for the perfect one. Here is the winner:
Individual Cheesecakes recipe:
Oreo crust optional {my hubby read this and said that Oreo crust is so NOT optional}:
1 package Oreo cookies {my hubbs thinks double stuff is a must here}
4 Tablespoons butter melted
crush Oreos and pour melted butter over. mix until it forms a crust. Push into the bottom of a lined cupcake pan.
Cheesecake:
3 packages cream cheese
1 can sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs
flavoring of your choice {I like almond or vanilla or orange or…}
beat all ingredients together. then pour into lined cupcake pan. Fill 3/4 full. Bake on 350 for about 45 mins. or until center is set. Enjoy!!
I sometimes melt some chocolate and drizzle it over the top. These can be done ahead of time and they can even be frozen for future use. I would love to hear if you agree that this is the all time best cheesecake recipe.
BIG thanks for Vanessa for having me today. I’d love to get to know you guys better. Stop by Measured by the Heart and introduce yourself.
