Is anyone else ecstatic about this weekend? This is my ALL TIME FAVORITE part of the year!! BBQ’s, Parades, Carnivals, Popsicles, Cotton Candy, Fireworks, Shaved Ice, Watermellon….I could go on and on.
Today we started our great weekend by cleaning our car (it could pass as a new car now!) then we bought fireworks and our first shaved ice of the Summer!

We then let Little Man stay up WAY too late so that he could play with his “poppers” and sparklers for the first time. He absolutely loved it. I’m sure that kid is going to be in heaven with the fireworks all weekend.
On a really random side note, I get to go get a pedicure tomorrow?! Trust me, it’s much needed. I can see my feet on occasion, and they are pretty sad looking!
By the way, only 8 more days until Baby Girl Barker is here!!!!
