Strawberry Waffles

Wow, just writing this post, I am making myself REALLY hungry. I guess it’s a good thing that I have some strawberries in the fridge. Looks like 9pm Strawberry Waffles in the Barker Household tonight!!

Waffle Recipe
2 Eggs (beat until fluffy)
2 cups Flour
1/2 cup Oil
1 & 3/4 cup Milk
1 Tblsp Sugar
4 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Salt

Place eggs in medium size bowl and beat with an electric beaters until fluffy.
Combine all remaining ingredients and beat until well mixed.
Cook in Standard or Belgian Waffle iron.

Top with sliced strawberries and ice cream or whipped topping.

This is the waffle recipe I was raised on. Now I do not like any waffles from a mix.
