Neighborhood Easter Egg Hunt!

Our new neighborhood has a great playgroup!
Although we have not been able to make it to any of the activities before today, I have heard all the amazing activities they do with the kids, and I can’t wait to be more involved!

This is the first year William is understanding how an egg hunt works, and he LOVES IT!

Today our play group did a lunch and Easter Egg Hunt! It is such a fabulous idea for an inexpensive and FUN event for the little ones!
Total, it cost me less than $3 for hours of fun for The Little Man!

Everyone pitched in something for lunch, and then brought 12 eggs per kid for the hunt. Cheap and easy right?

Most of the kids were little, so to “hide” the eggs, we walked out in the grass, and dropped the eggs! Funny how much fun the kids had “finding” those eggs!

And just like anything you do in life, it is always more fun with a whole bunch of people! It was great how many people turned out for the hunt.

Oh, and did I mention that one of the eggs The Little Man found was this little beaut?!

I might be taking that one as my cut of helping him hunt!!!

What are you planning for your kids this Easter Holiday?
