Knowing what coupons are available each and every week is hard. There are some bloggers out there that type up a list of what is included in the paper, but I don’t know of any in the Utah area. Most coupon values are regional, and therefore, vary depending on where you live.
So, I am going to type up the coupons that we get in the paper. Just so you know, I get the Standard Examiner paper, and I live in Layton. So your coupon may still vary a little, but if you are local, it should be the same!

Each week you can expect a post for Red Plum and Smart Source. Plus any other inserts that we have.
Remember that in Utah, we get the Red Plum insert the Tuesday or Wednesday before the rest of the nation. This is because we get it in the mail with our Grocery Store ads whereas the rest of the nation gets them in their Sunday papers.
{I guess The Daily Herold in Utah County gets the Red Plum in their Sunday paper!! Is anyone else jealous of them?!}
