Protein Pancake Bites - Peanut Butter Cup
A delicious grab and go snack idea to curb your sweet tooth while still hitting your macros for the day. Eat as a snack or an easy breakfast.
- 1 1/3 cups Kodiak Cakes Buttermilk Mix
- 1/3 cup Silk Almond Milk
- 2 scoops Clean Simple Eats Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1/4 cup PB Fit Powder
- 1/3 cup liquid egg whites
- 1/2 cup Stevia
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 tbsp water
- 24 Guittard Milk Chocolate Baking Chips
Preheat oven to 350*
Combine all ingredients excluding chocolate chips into a large mixing bowl. Stir until smooth
Spray mini cupcake pan, or place cupcake liners.
Fill each cup fully, equally intol 24 cups
Bake at 350* for 9 minutes
Immediately after removing from the oven, push a chocolate chip (point side down) into each cup. One chip per cup.
Remove from baking sheet and let cool.
Store in the refridgerator in an air tight container up to a week. Reheat in the microwave for 10 seconds before eating for a warm treat!
