Combine ground chicken, bread crumbs, eggs and seasonings in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly. I find mixing with my hands gets it incorporated the best. Once combined, roll them into 1½ inch balls and place into the crockpot.
Layer your meatballs as low as possible, so as many as possible are covered with the sauce when added.
Combine Orange marmalade, soy sauce and brown sugar into a medium bowl. Wisk together and then pour over the meatballs in the crockpot.
Cook on High for 4-5 hours.
Serve over rice, mashed potatoes, or as an appetizer on toothpicks.
