HEALTHY 3 ingredient popsicle recipe – Strawberry Banana


Strawberry Banana Popsicle Recipe

  • 8 large strawberries
  • 1 large banana
  • 1 cup pineapple juice

Healthy 3 ingredient popsicles - Strawberry Banana

Blend all of the ingredients in your blender until it is liquified. The less chunks the more smooth the popsicle will be.

Then pour the mixture into a popsicle mold and freeze 6 hours or overnight. If you are using a mold, run it under warm water for approx. 15 seconds to loosen the popsicle from the outside of the mold.
