Red Velvet Cookie Balls
  • 18 Red Velvet Oreos - blended into small crumbs
  • 4 oz cream cheese - room temperature
  • white chocolate melts
  • black edible marker
  • Sucker sticks
  1. Blend all of your oreos into small crumbs and then add into a large mixing bowl or a kitchen aid mixer. Mix in the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Refrigerate for 30 minutes
  3. Roll the "dough" into 1 inch balls and then squish until forms an oval shape. Place onto wax paper and place into the freezer for 1 hour.
  4. Melt the white chocolate in a double broiler or in microwave at ½ heat in 30 second increments.
  5. Dip the tip of the sucker stick into the melted white chocolate then push that end into the cookie ball. Then dip the whole cookie ball into the white chocolate melts and then let dry fully
  6. Draw the Baymax face onto the dried white chocolate.
