double chocolate & hazelnut no-bake cookies. Made using Hershey's Spread

2 weeks ago i shared my Biscoff no bake cookies. Although they are FABULOUS, they are a very distinct taste. And can you believe that not every person likes it? I know….CRAZY! So today I’m sharing another fabulous and unique no bake cookie recipe using Hersey’s Chocolate with Hazlenut Spread. Double Chocolate & Hazelnut no bake cookies.

Double Chocolate Hazelnut No-Bake Cookies

Ingredients

2 Cups Sugar
1/2 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Cocoa
1 Cube Butter/Margarine
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Cup Hersey Chocolate with Hazelnut Spread
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
4-4 1/2 Cups Instant Oatmeal

Instructions

Combine the cocoa, sugar, margarine, milk and salt over medium high heat, in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil for about 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in the Hersey spread, peanut butter and vanilla until smooth.

Stir in 4 cups of instant oatmeal. If it's still too thin, stir in another 1/2 cup of oatmeal. Let stand for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, while you lay out wax paper. Spoon (or use a cookie scoop like this one) batter onto wax paper into small balls. Let cool 30-60 minutes before eating.

Store in an air tight container

The best part of this recipe is that you can use a fun “pun” and create a pass along gift for your friends. Kinda like the “you’ve been bood” printable for Halloween (find it here) but for any time of the year, and just because!

spread the love - free pritnable with cookie recipe

I created this printable that tells your friends to also “Spread the Love”. It prints 4 to a page, so you can easily use it as a tag, glue it to a bag (like I did below) or wrap it up with some fun Hershey’s spread and let them make their own cookies.

PS, I just used spray adhesive to spray the back of the printable, then stuck it to the front of the bad. Easy Peasy!

double chocolate & hazelnut no-bake cookies. Made using Hershey's Spread

I put a bunch of cookies into a mason jar (who doesn’t love a mason jar gift!) with the Hershey’s chocolate w/ hazelnut spread and placed them inside the bag. It’s such a simple way to decorate and give cookies to a friend but still darling and makes an impact.

Have you tried all 3 of the Hershey’s spreads that you can find at Walmart? They are seriously so good. You can eat them with sliced fruit, as a cookie dip, or even use it in recipes like I did. It’s amazing any way. And it comes in chocolate, chocolate with almond, and chocolate with hazelnut. All 3 are delish!

Hershey's spread available only at Walmart

And if you don’t want to make the cookie, you can easily use this same concept with a bag full of fruit and the jar of spread. Just remember to tell your friends to also “Spread the Love” and keep the giving going! There really is nothing better than an unexpected gift from a loved one!

I am not a fan of no bake cookies, but I love to use the Hersheys chocolate with strawberries and bananas. Just put a bit on each bite. Yummy! I got my jars at the local grocery store, but probably spent a bit more than WalMart.

  5. I absolutely love No Bake Cookies and I know that these have to be absolutely delicious with Hershey’s Spreads with Hazelnut. Yummmm

  9. YUM! Pinned! Thanks for sharing! 🙂

  10. I read cub as cup instead of cube for the butter so mine are very very oily and crumbly, but the taste is great!

  11. So, is that a “cube” of butter; meaning, a stick of butter?
