Biscoff No Bake Cookies

Biscoff cookie butter No Bake Cookies

These cookies have a funny story. Last week I was over at my friend Pam’s house, and she had made some amazing no bake cookies (coming soon to Over The Big Moon‘s blog). She had made them because our other friend Jessica (Pretty Providence) had made some and brought them to Pam. Well, of course as soon as I left Pam’s house I wanted more so I had to go make my own. Well now because of this random chain of cookie making, you’ll be able to have 3 fabulous cookie recipes to make in your near future!!

Biscoff No Bake Cookies

Ingredients

1 tablespoon Cocoa
2 cups Sugar
1 cup Butter/Margarine
1/2 cup milk
2/3 cup Biscoff cookie spread
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 cups quick oats

Instructions

Combine the cocoa, sugar, margarine and milk in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil for about 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in the Biscoff spread, vanilla and quick oats. Let stand for 5 minutes while you lay out wax paper. Spoon batter onto wax paper into small balls. Let cool before eating.
