{Recipe} Cinnamon Roll Pull Apart

Our Thrifty Ideas: Cinnamon Roll Pull Apart

This year I started a new tradition. On Thanksgiving I was going to make cinnamon rolls, but at the last minute had an idea…make them ooey, gooey, and yummier than normal!
So the cinnamon roll pull apart came to be!

The night before, I took Rhodes frozen cinnamon rolls (12 ct) and after thawing them for a bit on the counter, I cut them in half and placed them in a greased bundt pan. Then I sprayed pam on some plastic wrap and covered it in the fridge for the night. The next morning, took it out of the fridge and let rise for 1-2 hours on the counter. Once it has risen a bit, I sprinkled about 3/4 cup brown sugar across the top of the rolls. Then bake in a 350 oven for 15-20 minutes.

Once baked, I immediately flipped it upside down onto a plate and removed it from the pan. Spread the frosting that comes with the rolls across the top, and let it melt down the sides.

We are going to be eating these every year on Thanksgiving now….but until then, we’ll probably have then on Christmas morning, New Years, and a few other Saturday mornings as well!
