This year I decided to make homemade peach jam with the fruit from my parents trees. I got so many jars done and in the freezer, but to my dismay, one of the batches did not set up :(. It is more of a syrup than jam. It still tastes delicious, but is too thin to put on toast and sandwiches. So I came up with a new way to use the peach sauce. On our chicken!
This recipe is so yummy, and although the recipe is for the crockpot, it would be great as a marinade and grilled on the BBQ.
