Peanut Butter Oreo Bunnies

One of my favorite combinations is Oreos with Peanut Butter….YUM!

With this weekend being Easter, I needed some fun treats to share with the families of the ladies I visit teach. So I thought that I would make a new version of this treat. Who can resist a cute little tasty bunny?!

Peanut Butter Oreo Bunnies:

Start by spreading peanut butter on top of each Oreo. It does help to make them smooth on top (I learned my lesson!). Then stick them in the freezer for about 30 minutes so that the peanut butter can harden.

While they are in the freezer, pull out all of your fun sprinkles to “embellish” your bunny. All of these are made with things I found in my baking stash!
Also, I found the fun idea for the bunny ears from One Sweet Appetite

Once the Oreos are done in the freezer, melt your white chocolate or Almond Bark in the microwave. Dip the Oreos in the Almond Bark until fully covered. Then place on wax paper to set up.

Use a dab of the Almond Bark to attach the eyes, nose, whiskers and ears.

These are so yummy and a great display for the holiday. As you can see from above, some of them didn’t even last until dipping, and others were eaten while I wasn’t looking. So I had to make more for the treat plates for my ladies!

I will be making these in other versions for coming holidays….I really can’t resist this treat!
